INGREDIENTS

Green papaya 1
cherry tomatoes 100g
green beans 100g
garlic 2 cloves
chili 2
peanuts 50g
lime 1
fish sauce 2 tbsp
palm sugar 1 tbsp
dried shrimp 20g

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Pound garlic, chili in a mortar. Add shredded papaya, beans, tomatoes. Pound lightly.

Step2: Add lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, dried shrimp. Mix well.

Step3: Garnish with peanuts. Serve chilled.
