INGREDIENTS

Wholemeal flour 250g
plain flour 250g
baking soda 1 tsp
salt 1 tsp
buttermilk 400ml

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Mix flours, baking soda, salt. Add buttermilk to form a dough.

Step2: Shape into a round loaf, cut a cross on top. Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.

Step3: Cool on a wire rack. Serve with butter.
