INGREDIENTS
Ramen noodles 500g
chicken broth 1.5l
soy sauce 100ml
mirin 50ml
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 2cm
pork belly 500g
eggs 6
spring onions 6
nori
sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Prepare broth with chicken stock, soy sauce, mirin, garlic, ginger. Simmer 1hr.
Step2: Marinate pork in soy sauce, mirin, cook in broth. Boil eggs to soft-boil. Cook noodles.
Step3: Serve noodles in broth, topped with pork slices, halved eggs, spring onions, nori. Drizzle with sesame oil.
