INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1kg
onions 4
lemon juice 3 tbsp
garlic 3 cloves
Dijon mustard 2 tbsp
chili 1
vegetable oil
salt
black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Marinate chicken in lemon juice, garlic, mustard, chili, salt, pepper for 2hr. Brown in oil.
Step2: Add sliced onions, cook until caramelized. Return chicken to pot, simmer until cooked through.
