Seal meat 500g
potatoes 2
onions 2
barley 100g
bay leaves
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown seal meat, add chopped onions, potatoes, barley, bay leaves, water.
Step2: Simmer until everything is tender. Season with salt, pepper.
Step3: Serve hot, traditionally enjoyed with rye bread.
