INGREDIENTS
Mixed seafood (fish, shrimp, mussels) 500g
potatoes 2
onions 2
celery stalks 2
milk 500ml
cream 200ml
fish stock 500ml
thyme
bay leaf
butter
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook onions, celery in butter. Add potatoes, stock, thyme, bay leaf. Cook until potatoes are tender.
Step2: Add seafood, milk, cream. Cook until seafood is done. Season.
Step3: Serve with fresh bread.
