Flour 500g
butter 200g
minced lamb or beef 500g
onions 2
cumin seeds 1 tsp
salt
black pepper
egg 1 (for glazing)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make dough with flour, butter, water. Let it rest. Mix meat, chopped onions, cumin, salt, pepper.
Step2: Roll dough, cut circles, fill with meat mixture, shape into triangles.
Step3: Glaze with beaten egg, bake at 200°C for 20-25m.
