INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
potatoes 500g
peas 200g
onion 2
green chili 2
cumin seeds 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
amchur (dry mango powder) 1 tsp
vegetable oil (for frying)
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make dough with flour, water, salt. Let rest. Boil potatoes, mash.
Step2: Sauté cumin, onion, chili. Add potatoes, peas, spices. Cool.
Step3: Fill dough with potato mixture, shape into triangles, deep-fry until golden.
