Tuna 200g
green beans 200g
potatoes 3
eggs 4
olives 100g
tomatoes 4
lettuce
anchovies (optional)
olive oil
lemon juice
mustard
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil potatoes, green beans, eggs. Arrange lettuce, flaked tuna, vegetables, olives, anchovies on a platter.
Step2: Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper. Drizzle over salad.
