INGREDIENTS
Rye flour 500g
sourdough starter 100g
water 400ml
salt 1 tsp
honey 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix sourdough starter, rye flour, water, salt, honey to form dough. Let rise 8hr.
Step2: Shape into loaves. Let rise 1hr.
Step3: Bake at 220°C for 30m. Cool on a wire rack.
