INGREDIENTS
Beef slices 6
mustard
bacon 6 strips
onion 1
pickles 3
beef broth 500ml
flour 2 tbsp
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Spread mustard on beef slices, top with bacon, chopped onion, pickles. Roll up, secure with toothpicks.
Step2: Brown rouladen in oil. Add broth, simmer 1hr. Thicken sauce with flour.
