INGREDIENTS
Chicken 1kg
Carrot 2
Parsnip 1
Celery 1 stalk
Onion 1
Leek 1
Bay leaf
Peppercorns
Salt
Noodles
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Place chicken in a pot with water. Bring to a boil, skim foam.
Step2: Add whole vegetables, bay leaf, peppercorns, salt. Simmer 1hr.
Step3: Strain soup, return clear broth to pot. Add cooked noodles. Serve hot with chopped parsley.
