INGREDIENTS
Lamb 1kg
yogurt 200g
onion 2
garlic 4 cloves
ginger 2 inch
tomato puree 200ml
garam masala 2 tsp
paprika 2 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 2 tsp
vegetable oil
salt
cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Marinate lamb in yogurt, spices for 1hr. Sauté onion, garlic, ginger.
Step2: Add lamb, cook until browned. Add tomato puree, water. Simmer 1hr.
Step3: Garnish with cilantro. Serve with naan or rice.
