INGREDIENTS
Mixed berries (strawberries
raspberries
red currants) 500g
sugar 100g
water 500ml
potato starch 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook berries with sugar and a little water until soft. Strain to remove seeds.
Step2: Return juice to the pot, thicken with potato starch mixed with water. Cool.
Step3: Serve chilled with a dollop of cream or milk.
