INGREDIENTS
Arborio rice 500g
beef stock 1.5l
onion 1
white wine 100ml
saffron threads
butter 50g
Parmesan cheese 50g
olive oil
salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté chopped onion in oil and butter. Add rice, toast. Pour in wine, cook until evaporated.
Step2: Add warm stock gradually, stir constantly. Add saffron halfway.
Step3: Finish with butter, Parmesan. Serve immediately.
