Reindeer sausage 500g
Potatoes 500g
Carrots 300g
Onion 1
Celery 2 stalks
Beef broth 1l
Tomato paste 100g
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown sliced sausage in a pot. Remove and set aside.
Step2: Add chopped vegetables to the pot, sauté. Add beef broth, tomato paste, salt, pepper.
Step3: Return sausage to pot. Simmer for 1hr. Serve hot.
