INGREDIENTS
Grated potatoes 1kg
Chicken 1
Onion 1
Salt
Pepper
Chicken broth 500ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Boil chicken until cooked. Shred meat, reserve broth.
Step2: Squeeze water out of grated potatoes. Mix with chicken, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and broth.
Step3: Spread mixture in a baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 2hr until golden.
