Ramen noodles 500g
pork belly 500g
soy sauce 100ml
mirin 50ml
garlic 3 cloves
ginger 2cm
chicken broth 1.5l
eggs 6
spring onions 6
nori
sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Marinate pork in soy sauce, mirin, garlic, ginger. Cook in broth until tender.

Step2: Boil eggs to soft-boil, peel. Cook noodles.

Step3: Serve noodles in broth, top with pork slices, halved eggs, chopped spring onions, nori. Drizzle with sesame oil.
