Sugar 400g
egg yolks 10
shredded coconut 200g
butter 50g
water

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Mix sugar, egg yolks, coconut, melted butter, water. Stir until smooth.

Step2: Pour into greased ramekins. Bake in a water bath at 150°C for 50m.

Step3: Cool, invert onto a plate. Serve chilled.
