INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
Milk 250ml
Yeast 10g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 1
Butter 50g
Filling (meat, cabbage, or cheese)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make dough with flour, milk, yeast, sugar, salt. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Prepare filling (cooked meat, sautéed cabbage, or cheese).
Step3: Roll out dough, cut circles, add filling, seal edges. Let rise 30m.
Step4: Bake at 180°C for 20m. Serve warm.
