INGREDIENTS
Corn flour (masa harina) 500g
water
salt
filling (cheese 200g
refried beans 200g
pork 200g)
vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix masa harina with water, salt to form dough. Make balls, flatten, fill with cheese, beans, pork.
Step2: Seal, flatten into thick tortillas. Cook on a hot griddle until browned.
Step3: Serve with curtido (pickled cabbage).
