INGREDIENTS
Provolone cheese 500g
oregano
chili flakes
olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Slice provolone 1cm thick. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, chili flakes.
Step2: Grill each side for 2-3m until melted and slightly charred.
Step3: Serve immediately with bread.
