INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
yeast 10g
sugar 1 tsp
salt 2 tsp
warm water 300ml
baking soda 50g
coarse salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make a dough with flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Shape dough into pretzels. Boil briefly in water with baking soda. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
Step3: Bake at 220°C for 12-15m.
