INGREDIENTS
Hominy 500g
Pork shoulder 1kg
Guajillo chiles 5
Onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Cabbage
Radishes
Lime
Oregano
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook pork with onion, garlic, salt until tender. Shred meat.
Step2: Blend guajillo chiles, add to pot with hominy. Cook 1hr.
Step3: Serve with shredded cabbage, sliced radishes, lime wedges, oregano.
