INGREDIENTS
Potatoes 1kg
Gravy 500ml
Cheese curds 300g
Vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cut potatoes into fries, soak in water for 1hr. Dry thoroughly.
Step2: Heat oil to 190°C. Fry potatoes until golden. Drain on paper towels.
Step3: Warm gravy. Place fries on a plate, top with cheese curds, pour hot gravy over. Serve immediately.
