Onion 2
Eggs 3
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Grate potatoes, squeeze out excess liquid. Mix with chopped onion, eggs, salt, pepper.
Step2: Pour into an oiled baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 1hr until golden brown and crispy.
