Reindeer meat 500g
onions 2
butter 50g
beer 200ml
cream 200ml
lingonberry jam
salt
pepper
mashed potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté thinly sliced reindeer meat and onions in butter.
Step2: Deglaze with beer, add cream. Simmer until meat is tender.
Step3: Serve with mashed potatoes and lingonberry jam.
