Potatoes 1kg
Onion 1
Eggs 2
Flour 100g
Salt
Pepper
Vegetable oil (for frying)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Grate potatoes and onion. Squeeze out excess liquid.
Step2: Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper. Mix well.
Step3: Heat oil in a pan. Spoon potato mixture, flatten, fry until golden on each side.
Step4: Serve hot with sour cream or applesauce.
