INGREDIENTS

3 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
A pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the melted butter and vanilla extract, continuing to beat the mixture.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Slowly blend the dry ingredients into the egg mixture until a smooth batter forms.

Preheat your pizzelle iron. Once hot, drop about a tablespoon of batter onto the center of each pattern.

Close the iron and cook for about 30 to 60 seconds, or until golden brown.

Carefully remove the pizzelle and cool on a wire rack.

Repeat with the remaining batter. And there you have it, delightful Pizzelle ready to be enjoyed! Serve them as is, or dust with powdered sugar for an extra sweet touch. Buon appetito!"
