beef brisket 500g
rice noodles 400g
onion 1
ginger 1 inch
star anise 3
cinnamon stick 1
fish sauce 3 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
salt
fresh herbs (basil
cilantro)
bean sprouts
lime wedges

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Char onion and ginger. Boil bones with brisket, onion, ginger, spices for 2hr.

Step2: Cook rice noodles. Slice brisket. Strain broth, season with fish sauce, sugar, salt.

Step3: Serve noodles with broth, brisket, herbs, bean sprouts, lime.
