INGREDIENTS
Yellow split peas 500g
pork 500g
onion 1
carrot 2
thyme
marjoram
salt
pepper
mustard
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Soak peas overnight. Cook with pork, chopped vegetables, herbs until peas are soft and pork is cooked.
Step2: Remove pork, chop, return to soup. Season with salt, pepper.
Step3: Serve hot with mustard and pancakes.
