INGREDIENTS
Penne pasta 500g
ground beef 500g
onion 1
garlic 2 cloves
tomato sauce 400ml
red wine 100ml
cinnamon 1 tsp
béchamel sauce
grated cheese 100g
olive oil
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Cook pasta. Brown beef with onion, garlic, tomato sauce, wine, cinnamon.
Step2: Layer pasta, meat sauce in a dish. Make béchamel, pour over top.
Step3: Sprinkle with cheese, bake at 180°C for 40m.
