INGREDIENTS

Puff pastry 250g
egg yolks 6
sugar 200g
cream 200ml
milk 200ml
lemon zest 1
cinnamon stick 1
flour for dusting

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Boil milk with lemon zest, cinnamon. Whisk yolks, sugar. Add milk, return to heat, stir until thickened.

Step2: Roll pastry, cut circles, press into tart molds. Fill with custard.

Step3: Bake at 250°C for 15m. Dust with cinnamon, powdered sugar.
