INGREDIENTS

Flour 1kg
Milk 500ml
Yeast 30g
Sugar 200g
Eggs 4
Butter 200g
Raisins 100g
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Make dough with flour, yeast, warm milk, sugar, salt, eggs, melted butter. Add raisins, vanilla. Let rise 2hr.

Step2: Place dough in a round, tall baking form. Let rise 30m.

Step3: Bake at 180°C for 50m. Can be decorated with glaze and sprinkles after cooling.

Step4: Serve as a celebratory treat, especially on Easter.
