INGREDIENTS

Tapioca flour 500g
eggs 2
milk 250ml
butter 50g
Parmesan cheese 200g
salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Boil milk with butter, salt. Pour over tapioca flour, mix. Cool 20m.

Step2: Add eggs, cheese. Mix to form a sticky dough.

Step3: Form into small balls. Bake at 200°C for 20m. Serve warm.
