Flour 200g
sugar 50g
salt 1 tsp
milk 500ml
eggs 4
butter 50g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs to form batter. Let rest 30m.
Step2: Pour batter into buttered baking dish. Bake at 200°C for 25m.
Step3: Cut into squares. Serve with jam or fresh berries.
