Rice noodles 400g
chicken breast 500g
eggs 3
bean sprouts 200g
garlic 4 cloves
shallots 2
tamarind paste 50ml
fish sauce 50ml
sugar 2 tbsp
peanuts 100g
lime 1
vegetable oil
green onion 4
red chili 1
cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Soak noodles in warm water 30m. Cook chicken, set aside. Stir-fry garlic, shallots.

Step2: Add eggs, scramble. Add noodles, sauce made of tamarind, fish sauce, sugar. Cook until noodles are tender.

Step3: Add chicken, bean sprouts, peanuts, lime juice. Garnish with green onion, chili, cilantro.
