INGREDIENTS
Ground chicken 500g
Thai basil leaves 100g
garlic 4 cloves
chili 4
soy sauce 2 tbsp
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tsp
fish sauce 1 tbsp
vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Sauté garlic, chili. Add chicken, cook until browned.
Step2: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, fish sauce. Cook until sauce thickens.
Step3: Stir in basil. Serve with rice and a fried egg.
