Cabbage 500g
flour 200g
eggs 4
water 200ml
green onions 4
bacon strips 12
okonomiyaki sauce
mayonnaise
bonito flakes
seaweed powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Chop cabbage, green onions. Mix with flour, eggs, water to make batter.
Step2: Pour batter into hot pan, top with bacon strips. Cook until golden, flip.
Step3: Serve with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise. Sprinkle bonito flakes, seaweed powder.
