INGREDIENTS
Cream cheese 1kg
sugar 250g
sour cream 200g
eggs 4
vanilla extract 1 tsp
lemon zest 1 tsp
graham cracker crumbs 200g
butter 100g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into pan. Bake crust 10m at 180°C.
Step2: Beat cream cheese, sugar, add sour cream, eggs, vanilla, lemon zest. Pour over crust.
Step3: Bake at 160°C for 1hr. Cool, then refrigerate overnight.
