INGREDIENTS
Graham cracker crumbs 250g
Coconut 125g
Cocoa powder 50g
Butter 150g
Sugar 50g
Custard powder 2 tbsp
Icing sugar 250g
Chocolate 200g
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix cracker crumbs, coconut, cocoa, melted butter. Press into a pan.
Step2: Cream butter, custard powder, icing sugar. Spread over base. Chill 1hr.
Step3: Melt chocolate, spread over custard layer. Chill 2hr. Cut into bars.
