Milk 500ml
Eggs 3
Flour 250g
Salt
Filling (cottage cheese or meat)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Make crepe batter with milk, eggs, flour, salt. Cook thin crepes in a frying pan.
Step2: Prepare filling of choice. Spoon filling onto each crepe, roll up.
Step3: Arrange filled crepes in a baking dish, bake at 180°C for 20m if using meat filling. Serve warm.
