Eggs 3
Flour 250g
Salt
Filling (cottage cheese or meat)

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Make crepe batter with milk, eggs, flour, salt. Cook thin crepes in a frying pan.

Step2: Prepare filling of choice. Spoon filling onto each crepe, roll up.
