INGREDIENTS
Milk 500ml
Eggs 3
All-purpose flour 250g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 50ml
Filling (cottage cheese or jam)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Whisk together milk, eggs, flour, sugar, salt to make batter. Rest 20m.
Step2: Heat a non-stick pan, lightly oil. Pour batter, swirl to spread. Cook until golden, flip. Repeat with remaining batter.
Step3: Fill crepes with cottage cheese or jam, fold. Serve warm.
