INGREDIENTS
Flour 300g
butter 150g
sugar 100g
egg 1
blueberries 400g
sour cream 200ml
vanilla sugar 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix flour, butter, sugar, egg to form dough. Press into pie dish.
Step2: Mix blueberries with sour cream, vanilla sugar. Pour over crust.
Step3: Bake at 180°C for 40m. Serve with whipped cream.
