INGREDIENTS
Shrimp 1kg
bell peppers 2
tomatoes 3
onion 1
garlic 3 cloves
coconut milk 400ml
palm oil 50ml
lime juice
cilantro
salt
pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Marinate shrimp in lime juice, salt, pepper for 15m.
Step2: Sauté chopped onion, garlic, bell peppers in palm oil. Add tomatoes, cook until soft.
Step3: Add shrimp, coconut milk. Simmer 10m. Garnish with cilantro. Serve with rice.
