Moose meat 500g
Potatoes 500g
Carrots 300g
Onion 1
Beef broth 1l
Tomato paste 100g
Thyme
Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Brown cubed moose meat in a pot. Remove and set aside.
Step2: Sauté chopped onion, carrots. Add potatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, bay leaf, salt, pepper.
Step3: Return meat to pot. Simmer for 2hr or until meat is tender.
