INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
Yeast 10g
Sugar 50g
Eggs 2
Water 250ml
Honey 50g
Sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, eggs, water to form dough. Let rise 1hr.
Step2: Form bagels, boil in water with honey for 1m each side.
Step3: Dip in sesame seeds, bake at 220°C for 20m.
