Chicken 1kg
Ancho chiles 3
Pasilla chiles 2
Mulato chiles 2
Tomatoes 3
Onion 1
Garlic 4 cloves
Almonds 100g
Raisins 50g
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Dark chocolate 100g
Salt
Pepper
Sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Roast, peel, and deseed chiles. Blend with tomatoes, onion, garlic, almonds, raisins, cinnamon, chocolate.
Step2: Simmer sauce, add salt, pepper. Cook chicken in sauce until tender.
Step3: Serve chicken with mole sauce, garnish with sesame seeds.
