INGREDIENTS
Flour 500g
Milk 500ml
Eggs 3
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 50ml
INSTRUCTIONS
Step1: Whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt to make batter.
Step2: Heat a non-stick pan, lightly oil. Pour in batter, cook until golden, flip. Repeat with remaining batter.
Step3: Serve hot with jam, honey, or sour cream.
