INGREDIENTS

Red lentils 300g
bulgur 200g
onion 1
tomato paste 2 tbsp
cumin 1 tsp
parsley 100g
lemon juice 2 tbsp
olive oil 50ml

INSTRUCTIONS

Step1: Cook lentils, add bulgur. Let it absorb the water. Sauté onions, mix with tomato paste, spices, into lentils.

Step2: Once cool, add chopped parsley, lemon juice, shape into balls.
